Under 9s and Under 10s
In Under 9s & 10s, your child will be introduced to tackling by using the ‘wrap tackle’ – a modified version of tackling where players are ‘bear hugged’ and are not brought to ground. Under 9s and 10s is a non-competitive environment where play is focused on fun, enjoyment and skill development, rather than on wins and losses.
Under 10s
To play under 9s, your child will have been born between 1 July 2013 and 30 June 2014.
To play under 10s, your child will have been born between 1 July 2012 and 30 June 2013.

Competition start dates will be advised in early 2023. Games are generally on Saturdays.
