Umpire4Fun umpiring opportunities this year are available at the Cats!  Under 9 Girls and Under 11 Girls on Friday Nights, and Under 8, Under 9, Under 10 and  Under 11 Mixed competitions on Saturdays

How would you like to assist your club and get paid for it, and in doing so learn great life skills?
We have a number of Junior Football umpiring positions available for the 2022 season which we invite you to apply for. You don’t need to have experience as we will train you. You will be umpiring the modified games played by the under 8’s through to under 11’s. You don’t need to have elite fitness as these games are played on smaller modified ovals and with quarters lasting only 10 minutes each.

Match Payments
Umpires will earn:

  • $15 for U8 to U10 and U11 Girls matches where they umpire their own games, or $10 each for jointly umpired matches
  • $25 for U11 Boys matches where they umpire on their own, or $15 each for jointly umpired matches.

What training is needed
Training sessions will start in late March / Early April, and there are umpiring information sessions at various clubs on the Gold Coast all throughout the season.  We encourage all club umpires to attend the training sessions.

To sign up for Umpire4Fun – please register with OfficialsHQ, making sure to complete your profile and indicate that you are planning to do club umpiring at Broadbeach!
