Dear Parents and guardians,
We all love Broadbeach Cats and the amazing opportunity it provides for our children.
Your committee endeavour each and every year to provide a club where the facilities including canteen, BBQ and general office and uniform facilities, are run both professionally and enthusiastically.
Every game day requires many hands to provide your children with not only a safe environment but one which adhere to the requirements of the AFL.
Your club NEEDS volunteers each and every week.
We all have other commitments but we all want our children to play footy at the best club on the Coast.
This year we would like to make volunteering compulsory for at least one week for one parent or guardian of every child.
This way we share the load and our canteen will always be open, our BBQ will be serving amazing food and our grounds full of those needed to run a game.
Please don’t think someone else will do it, that someone is all of us.
Each team arrives one hour before a game which will be the time we ask for canteen and BBQ help. We all then get to watch our children play.
Coaches will be asked to complete volunteer slots for each game. If insufficient numbers, times will be allocated to you. Please feel free to select dates you would rather help when game days and times are known.
